Can using earplugs at night clog my sinuses?

I don’t think so but I’m not a doctor. I’ve used earplugs when I had noisy neighbors and I haven’t found that to be the case with me. When I would catch a cold however I would feel like my ears are clogged but not the other way around.

ok, do you think they make it worse then?

Well if my ears are already clogged from a cold, then ear plugs will probably just feel more uncomfortable but I don’t think it makes it worse but it can feel worse.

dont clog… you will buildup pressure.
