What kind of results can I expect from going to the gym and doing cardio five times a week. Each time burning a minimum five hundred calories?

Just curious. Like, will I see results really fast? Or will it take me a long time? I’ve 5’7”, size eight jeans, and 160 pounds. I don’t do diets, I eat between 1000 to 1500 calories a day.
