Do you think that the rest of the Jon Stewart interview will be shown on Fox News tonight?

Asked by buckyboy28 (4961points) February 4th, 2010

O’Reilly and Fox News got their asses handed, ground-up, and spoon fed to them last night by none other than Jon Stewart. The first portion of the interview was shown last night, and was just incredible to watch, but do you think that Fox News will air the rest or claim that they “lost” the footage?

Actually, I thought the interview was pretty congenial and while Jon got in a few digs, so did O’Reilly. Since O’Reilly specifically said the rest of the interview would air tonight, I can only assume it will. Did you not see that portion of the program?

I felt a great deal of shame that my tuner was actually on a Fox News channel, as if I had done something dirty.

Yes, it will be shown. I just caught part one on Huffington Post, and thought it was jovial repartee between the two and hardly grinding or feeding ass. When O’Reilly called Glen Beck an “every man”, Stewart lost a real opportunity by just agreeing that he was ‘talented’. Whaaa? This was my favorite part by far:
Stewart ~ “Fox in and of itself doesn’t say you’re a news network all day. What is it, you’re news from 9 to 11, then you’re opinion, then you’re news again from 1 to 2:30 except for Jewish holidays? And then on alternate parking days you’re news, but Christmas, you’re not?”
