Where can I get a VHS tape converted to DVD or QuickTime video file?

Looking for someplace in San Francisco that can convert an old 5 minute VHS recording into a digital file for me. Looking for someplace relatively inexpensive. (How much does this type of thing usually cost, anyway?)
