Is the movie Zombieland appropriate for a 13 year old boy?

I have not seen Zombieland yet, but I just got the DVD as a gift. My little brother wants to watch it with me, but I’m not sure if it’s very appropriate. I’m not thrilled about bad language in it, but it’s nothing he hasn’t been exposed to before. What I’m worried about is if it’s too gory or has any nudity/sexuality in it. So, to those who have seen it, what do you think?
