How can I treat my (possible) sinus infection?

I say possible because I have set up the doctor’s appointment for Monday morning. In the mean time I have a super runny nose (clear discharge), a slightly scratchy throat, my ears are popping, I can’t stop sneezing, and my eyes get watery at times. Some of these symptoms I can deal with, but sleeping the past few nights is hell. I have a humidifier running because the air is pretty dry lately, but I can’t breathe/have a runny nose constantly!! I know whatever is irritating me is in my room because my dorm is under construction so there is tons of stuff floating around. I just need some type of home-remedy that I can try until I go to the doctors. I’ll try anything right now to get some (even if temporary) relief. Oh and I have killer backpain (I have been working all day but normally my back doesn’t bother me) I’m not sure if I just notice it now because of all these other things or if it’s another symptom.
