How to fix outlet on a honda civic?

honda civic 2004 ex electrical outlet will not work (charge phone etc).

It usually is the fuse. I know I’ve blown a few in my day.

Just out of curiosity, when did cars get outlets? Oh, wait…. new cars don’t come with ashtrays either, so you can’t have a cigarette lighter in there because that would be wrong :P
