Dealing with the age limit in Google Adsense?

I think unless you get authorisation from your mother to do this you could get in serious trouble if you use her information without her consent, at the very least with your mother.

Everything needs to be in her name. And if you fake her info and she doesn’t do things properly on her taxes she could get into a bit of trouble.

You are seriously going to make nothing with adwords until your site is established. Until you can get a few hundred unique hits per day I wouldn’t even bother. And even then it is only a few bucks a month.

It is income. Of course she will have to pay taxes on it.

Usually you have to start dealing with the IRS if it is over $650 per year. And tax rates fluctuate so it depends on what she makes from her day job. If she makes 10K per year it will be less than if she makes 100K. So that is impossible to answer.

You have to treat the money you earn exactly like any other business would. There are many different websites on the Google search that talk about how to use adsense, but most of them are put for the purpose of earning money through the adsense program, and not much help.

Perhaps you could do some research on how to run a business. I really don’t think anything will come up unless you are making hundreds of dollars a year, so you are probably worried about nothing.
