Who are you?

…..and why does that matter?

A few years back I attended a seminar where this question was asked of all the attendees. It seemed blunt to me, almost to the point of almost being rude. Awkward. Really, as the speaker explained, he was trying to get us to understand that everyone has value and impacts others. Positively or negatively.

So…....who are you and why does that matter?
