What are those Windows 7 Tray balloon notifications?
Every now and then I’m watching a video and notice a balloon notification pop up in the system tray, stays for 10 seconds, then dissappears. By the time I’ve gone over to the pc to check, it’s gone and there’s no indication of what it was for. How can I determine the intent of these mysterieous notices after they’ve gone?
