What is a good bike messenger service in San Francisco?

can anyone recommend a good bike messenger service in SF? I'm currently using Professional Messenger and I'm not crazy about their service. I need to find a service where I can schedule a weekly pick up, rather than having to call them each week to schedule it.

A coworker of mine made friends with a guy who works for Catty's in the city. Ask for his "green rates." Pickup and deliver anywhere around the Bay Area – with some add-ons like bridge toll and add’l mileage if we need him to go beyond the City – but he’ll keep it real: 30 Minute DIRECT Delivery $20 (normally $25) 1 Hr Rush delivery: $15 (normally $20) 2 Hr Regular delivery: $10 (normally $15) All rates and services begin at time of pick up.
