Does anyone know the name of this toy from the late 90's/early 00's?

It was a plush dog (kinda like a beanie baby). It had a string on the front of it and padded paws. If you pulled on the string, it would make a walking motion. I had it as a kid and loved it (but someone stole it). Does anyone know the name?
