In Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, how do I keep the day mode for a custom scenario?

Does anybody own this game? I found out how to change the mode from day/night to day, but when I save the scenario and come back to it later, it goes back to day/night mode. Is there a fix to this?

Just switch it again. It shouldn’t be such a bother. The data that the game uses to save your game apparently does not include the button or switch that changes this option. I used to own this game, but it’s been awhile.
