Dose anyone know of a local network in Minneapolis where I can either buy or trade for, used and autoclaved steel jewlery and tapers?

I figure it will be a lot more Eco friendly and easy on my wallet….and Im willing to take the risk of any imperfections in the the steel that may harbor bacteria…if of course it has been properly autoclaved
