What sports are you regularly involved in whether it be participating or spectating?

Asked by ucme (50047points) March 17th, 2010

I’ve been actively interested in sports for as long as I can remember.I play golf & tennis whenever time allows.I’ve always loved football/soccer & grew up supporting my team. Are you a lifelong sports fan or is it something you became interested in later in life?

fencing, archery, darts, shooting, martial arts, rap sailing, wind surfing, diving, trapeze walking, surfing, gum boot dancing (not really a sport). Wind sailing. Karate, and pole dancing. I also when I am not busy doing that, do a bit of bed aerobics, dodgem cars, pogo stick jumping and stilt walking.

I played soccer for over 7 years if that counts. I’ve still got the calves to prove it.

I do a bit of competitive rifle shooting now, and I’m learning a few exhibition shooting tricks al la Annie Oakley if that counts at all.

Tennis, frisbee, and bike riding. That’s all I do anymore. I was very into baseball/softball for about 10 years of my life but that ended when I got a job. I was the best catcher ever.

@deni Well maybe second best, points at self.

I don’t think you would call it a sport, but my main exercise is playing throw the ball with my Grandson and my dog. I am not a participant nor a spectator in any official sport.

I’ve only really been interested in 2 sports…
Rugby Union, which I played for years until I damaged my right knee beyond repair.
Full contact Karate, which I did until I moved back to the UK & found out full-contact was illegal here.
