Permanent bruise on my back behind my heart ):?

I have what seems to be a permanent bruise on my back right behind my heart and about the size of my fist, its not a dark bruise but I remember my boyfriend telling me about it about 6 months ago, and its still there, What could it be? I’m a little scared because it’s right behind my heart.
