My best guess would be polar, but that more refers to how to graph something with respect to circular coordinates than the actual geometric properties of a circle. Hmm, this is a tough one!

It could even be “circle geometry”. A Google search turned up a number of articles, and the phrase is used repeatedly.

Circulometry. One makes circulometrical calculations when contemplating pi.

Trigonometric functions are not limited to pure triangle geometry, just as use of pi is not limited to pure circle geometry.
Either can be used in many other, more complex situations.

For the record:
“Triangle geometry” is called triangle geometry,
“Circle geometry” is called circle geometry.
