How do you get a contracting job with a foriegn countries governmet

ive heard that like if you go to Iraq to work on rebuilding the cites that if you do it for the government that you can make like 100 bucks an hour is this true?

yea but 100 iraqi money is like 39 american cents

Ummm, not without a speciality. If you are an engineer (civils, telecom) for example then you could be off to the races, but not without some experience to flog. You sound like you are pretty young, so I doubt this is your road right now…
