Tomorrows Going to be Friday what 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks should i eat and at what time?

I want to try. I’ll pick one response and see if I like it. I really don’t know what kind of foods i should eat. I’ll eat anything healthy by the way. If i have it though.

Huh? What does the day of the week have to do with it? Do you not have access to the pyramid?

A serving of oatmeal in the morning with a piece of fruit.Lunch have a tuna sandwich and a fruit.Dinner have a serving of fish,salad and a vegetable.

Breakfast – Total with skim milk and strawberries
Snack – Low Fat yogurt
Lunch – Turkey on whole grain bread with lettuce
Snack – Celery with peanut butter
Dinner – Grilled salmon with broccoli and roasted potatoes

If you truly need this much guidance for you diet, perhaps you should investigate Weight Watchers

Breakfast—an apple and a glass of V8

Lunch—a tin of sardines, some low-fat cottage cheese and homemade hummus with whole-wheat pita bread

Midafternoon snack—wasabi peas, almonds, walnuts and a few pecans (go wild)

Dinner—smoked salmon, a steamed vegetable (the broccoli is good) or garden salad with vinaigrette dressing and a baked potato with olive oil

Dessert—your choice of fresh fruit

other snacks…..yogurt…...fruits…...baby carrots
breakfast : egg toast oj
snack banana
lunch : tuna on whole wheat
yogurt
chicken, rice brussel sprouts salad
pear

Try this salad, it’s delicious and healthy.

Slice english or peeled regular cucumbers into a bowl, add a handful of grape tomatoes, a handful of small to medium black olives, and one small to med. diced avacado. Marinate in light red wine vinegar dressing. I eat this almost daily in the summer, and if you make a big batch it keeps well for 2 days in the fridge.

All you really need to know is don’t eat white sugar or flour, so no desserts for awhile. Eat the whole apple or orange not the juice. There are hundreds of recipe sites for cooking light.
