How do I download a font from dA?

I’m trying to download this font from deviantART for Microsoft Word. I’ve done this before, but from free font websites. I really need a step by step tutorial of how to do this concerning deviantART. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I just used the download link and it downloaded the rar file. I uncompressed that and it installed when I double clicked on the ttf files. It is working in Photoshop.
