Are you a skateboard history buff?

I have a Crysta 24 with transparent plastic (acrylic?) deck. I’d like to know more about the history of the brand, these plastic decks, how this brand and type of board fit into the skateboarding culture of its time (I believe 1970s), how much they are worth today, what material the wheels were made of (I was told when I bought it, but now I forget), and anything else you can tell me. I’m searching on Google, but maybe someone out there that skateboarded in the ‘70s would have some interesting stories to share? Thank you!
