Which balance ball technology shoes are the most effective?

There are several to choose from. Sketckers Shape Ups, Reebok Easy Tone, FitFlops. They are quite expensive, and I would like to know which kind is the best and most effective for my investment. I walk/run several miles each day and I want to get a bit more “oomph” from my workout.
