how do I upload a photo strait from my iPhone to be my little avatar(icon)?

I know where to go, but the “choose file” button is darkened out and I can’t click it..
any ideas??

“dat”* can’t be done from the iPhone directly; you will need to download your photos from your iPhone to your computer first, then using your computer, log on to Fluther and upload/choose your avatar. Also note the current upload limit is four avatars.
