In a way also a loan(you have to pay back more then what you’ll receive in the first place), but you could consider bringing something of value to a pawnshop.

Get yourself a metal detector & go meteorite hunting, they can sell for hundreds even the small ones! ;-)
Just make sure you get the landowners permission, you may have to split the profits too!!

As everyone you know to contribute to your wedding fund.

@YARNLADY is right. Both of you can get a second job. And since you both will be working extra hours a day, cut out non essentials like cable, and cut down on extra phones. Take your lunch to work. On average people spend 50 bucks or more a week eating out. If you pay a gym membership, quit it since you won’t have time. You can jog outside instead.
Take the money that you would spend on such items and put that money aside. If both of you each worked an extra job paying 7.50 an hour for 20 hours a week and put all that money aside for a year you would make 15,600. Add the extra savings of food and cable which and phone you can probably tack on another 3 thousand for the year.
If your getting married sooner, Than you’ll either need a higher paying second job or to work more than 20 extra hours a week.

Commit a major crime and then hand yourself for the reward money.

If that doesn’t appeal, then you will have t work for it – like everyone else does. There are no “quick” ways to make money.

Go over your skills and think of ways on how to use them to make money. Where are you good at?

Find some items around the house or go to garage sales and flea markets to resell on ebay.

Yeah, I wouldn’t mind workin a second job for a bit. problem is finding a second job I can fit around my 40 hour job I have now. Sometimes I’m workin till 8pm at night (damn I want that census job).

Find a weekend job. I work my 40 a week. I do wedding photography on the side. It doubles as my hobby and passion, doesn’t seem like work at all.

If you’re strapped – my advice won’t help. But if you’re good at something else – market yourself as an expert and capitalize on it a bit.

Tour guiding is the easiest way to make some quick cash. Establish a website and lend yourself out to your area as a guide. It works for NYC – it depends on where you live. And @DarkScribe is correct – there is no quick way. Only quicker than others.

Oh and of course – sell yourself.

Do all of the above. Get a second job, take all your valuables to a pawn shop, look for other things to sell, ask friends and family for help. Also, minimize your wedding. You can’t do much about immigration fees, but you can have a gorgeous and personal wedding for very little money.

The way I see it you have only one option…

Start Stripping.

Not only will you get paid well for shaking what your mama gave you, but you can kill two birds with one stone by stripping at your fiance’s bachelorette party.

This is not going to help you, but it is a good story anyway. The story goes that there was someone who sent out letters saying that for $10 the secret to making quick money would be revealed. When people sent in their money, they got back a letter suggesting that they send letters offering the secret of making quick money for $10.

Back in the seventies an ad appeared in a number of Women’s Magazines and newspapers. It offered a “Sure Fire Cockroach Killer” with a double your money back guarantee if it failed to work. It cost Ten dollars – about five times the cost of a can of cockroach spray at the time. Many people sent away for it, and in the mail a few days later a parcel arrived. It contained two small wooden sticks – one marked “A” and the other “B”. The instruction sheet that was included said” Catch cockroach, place on stick marked “A” and hit with stick marked “B”.

You could try starting a christmas tree farm, however, I hear june is an awefully slow season.
