Skip the TV shows and find a local Realtor and talk to a mortgage broker. They will tell you all you need to know. You will eventually need their services and let them educate you so you know what you are in for. This is their job and it won’t cost you a penny!

Sign up for a local real estate agent class. It’s the best $500. you’ll ever spend. You don’t have to spend the money to take the state certification classes or pay the fees to become a brokered agent but the info’ you’ll get on the current local market and tools to aid your search are great.

My partner owns his own house, he got it off his nan when she died. We are moving in together and want to move more multiple reasons, job opinionated, a more populated area, etc.
As he lived in Ireland and we’ll most likely be moving close to one of the big cities in England there’s many questions I have on the whole topic.
