How to remove hard water deposits?

I am cleaning my bathroom and have noticed some hidden areas that have developed serious hard water deposits. What is the best way to remove them?

If they’re calcium, try vinegar first.

Well if you don’t want to mess about you could go straight for hydrochloric acid.

Lime away is good if vineger doesnt work, but do be careful, its very caustic.

Vinegar is what I use. “Hidden areas” where??

Like the others have said, white vinegar is the way to do it. Let it sit for a few minutes, then just wipe it away.
