Where can I market my services as a copy editor? I'm still working on my undergrad- how much should I charge?

I’m working on my undergrad in journalism, am the editor in chief at my student newspaper and am well on my way to the level of hyper-fluency necessary to be a professional copy editor.

In the meantime, I am really, really good at what I do, but I have to take into consideration that:

1) I don’t have my bachelor’s degree yet
2) I don’t want to be the Wal-mart of copy editors
