What do I have to do in order to be eligible for Wheel of Fortune's Thanks a Million Sweepstakes?

Do I have to complete at least 8 puzzles a month on the Wheel Watchers part of the Sony Rewards website in order to be eligible for the Thanks a Million Sweepstakes that Wheel of Fortune is doing next month? I’ve been looking all over the internet, but can’t find any information about this.
