Why does food appeal less to me?

Lately I haven’t had an appetite. Today I was at the grocery store with my aunt, and none of the food appealed to me. I just cringed at all of it. I don’t think I’m fat, nor do I think any of my meds could be causing it. I just don’t like food anymore. Help?
