Tragus Peircing Problem?

I got my tragus peirced about 3months ago. I was doing everything to do to keep it clean and it seemed like it was go good but this sore sprung up on my ear and i thought it would go away because this happened with my cartilege peircings and it went away. But its been there for almost a month now so I took the earring out and now this clear liquid is coming out of my ear and theres still this big nasty sore. What should I do? The picture of it is set as my profil pic i know thats kinda weird but I couldnt see anywere else to put it.
