Where in the Metro Area of MN, can I find a Body Mod artist (cutter)?

I am searching for myself and friends, for an artist who performs Body Modification of a more Extreme nature than typically done in Tattoo and Piercing Parlors. Such as Scarification, Branding, Ear Cropping/Shaping, Sub-dermal Implants, Splitting, etc.

We would love to stay local if we can…if not we’ll probably end up taking a trip out to Los Angeles or New York…or maybe even Amsterdam, where these type of artists are more abundant…and the laws regarding these practices and their safety measures are better regulated and maintained.
