My mom has a pair of Diesel sunglasses with scratched lenses she wants replaced. How, who, where to get this done?

The Diesel website is most unhelpful. I found this site, but I’m somewhat put off by the site’s design and am not sure I want to throw caution to the wind and just mail off $200 glasses.
