Having Windows XP Pro driver issues?

I am trying to do a clean install of Window XP Pro Service Pack 2 onto a Dell Optiplex GX620. I got everything up a running, except for a few driver issues. The networking card is not picking up any signal. I have installed the drivers in the correct order that is on the Dell site. And still nothing is working. Has any one been in the same situation?
