Is America now a nation of caffeine-addicted junkies?

Don’t get me wrong, i drink my share of caffeine each morning and all day long in cups of coffee. but, i have never had a caffeine energy drink and probably never will. my generation was strictly brewed regular coffee. today its energy drinks and caffeine galore in certain soft drinks for the now generation. caffeine is caffeine no matter how you receive it. Question: is our daily intake of caffeine harmful to our bodies and whats your favorite caffeine-laden drink and does too much caffeine make you nervous?
