Why cant i import converted wmv files into Windows Movie Maker?

When i try to import a video into windows movie maker it says that there arent any videos in that file, but when i go into Vegas Pro 9.0 i can find the videos in the same file i looked in. Vegas Pro 9.0 is just to complicated to use for me..What should i try?

Well, make sure your videos are .wmv, and they should appear in the folder. If that doesn’t work I would try copying the videos to your desktop and then importing them.
