What's your favorite peanut butter fudge recipe?

My aunt used to make out of this world peanut butter fudge. Unfortunately, I don’t have the recipe! I’m pretty sure it was just peanut butter, sugar, and butter, but I really don’t know.

I have a hankering for fudge, and I love cooking projects with my little one, so I just need a recipe. I asked the Google Gods, and there’s a lot of really sugary-sounding marshmallow based recipes (gag! I hate marshmallows), but that doesn’t sound right.

Do my fellow Flutherites have a trusted uber-yummy recipe for me?
