Have you ever met a student who graduated from college with a GPA below a 3.0, and got a good job without going to grad school?

I am a full time undergrad student at Hunter College, New York, majoring in Psychology. My GPA is currently 2.48. That’s not because I slacked off and partied, but because I have other interests and hobbies outside of school. I would like to get a job working with animals or autistic children. I am also interested in doing research on the connection between psychology, art, and meditation. Can I get a job like this with just a Bachelors degree? I don’t want to apply to grad school because of my GPA, and I probably won’t do well on the GRE, I hate Math! Have you met anyone who didn’t go to graduate school, and still had a successful career?
