How do I sync my iPhone with Outlook?

I have a macbook at home, which is synced with my iPhone. I now have a PC at work with uses Outlook to monitor my work schedule. Can I have any changes on my Outlook calendar update my MobileMe account so that it updates my iphone without having to connect to the PC at work?

You need to download the mobileme control pannel to the PC you want to sync with Download link

You then can use it to configure Outlook to sync calanders and contacts with mobileme.
