Can you buy a mickey of almost any brand of alcohol?

I usually buy a 26er of skyy vodka, and its about $25.00. This time I want to get a mickey of it (375 ml) so its smaller, and so people don’t bum it off me because I’ll only have enough for myself.
My question is, though, can you even buy a mickey of skyy? And can you get mickeys of other brands like jack daniels, fireball, smirnoff, and polar ice? Can you get a mickey in every kind of alcohol/brand?
