What is the best place to stay in Hot Springs, Arkansas?

Here are my requirements:
– CLEAN
– Duvet cover (or triple sheeted) no bedspreads
– Prefer on a lake, better yet near where I can rent a jetski or take a ride on a boat.

Let me know if it is even worth going. I lived in Florida and Michigan for years and I am afraid my standards are pretty high. Lakes and rivers dissappointment quite often in the midsouth.

I can be of no help with the best place to stay, but would recommend that you make sure to visit Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt’s modest home. He used to spend time there in order to use the Hot Springs. (Great birding also, if that’s your thing.)
