What do you think the next great Supreme Court Decision will be?

I’d have to say that I’d like to see some encouraging movement on gay marriage.

I’d like to see another case reaffirming a woman’s right to choose to terminate a pregnancy. (Kind of like Griswold reaffirmed Roe.)

Gay Marriage. It is one of the last battlegrounds of basic equality.

yep, decision should be coming down soon. I’m hoping Thomas gets to write it, Kennedy will only make the whole patent system even more of a mess.
