Currently in Capitol Hill—are there any better locations to buy a small house or condo?

South end, Rainier Valley?

Better in what way? What are you looking for? You live in Seattle already, so what don’t you know?

I’m relatively new to Seattle, and I do love living in Capitol Hill. But sometimes, people have an inside track on an exciting new area in a city.

Didn’t mean to annoy you with my question.

I’m not annoyed at all. I’d love to give you a helpful answer, so I’m asking what you’d like to know. So, someplace with some of what Capitol Hill is like, and exciting in some way, to buy a small house or condo.

I’d suggest you check out upper and lower Queen Anne, the University District, Fremont, Ballard, Wallingford, Greenlake, and Madison Park, to see what they’re like and how you like them.
