What's your favorite 80's cartoon?

Asked by deadleaf (212points) May 31st, 2010

I’m an 80’s baby and I can remember 1985 and up. Mine was Thundercats, of course, along with He-Man and others. Try to remember the so many cartoons they had then!

As a Mom, I got riidculously into watching He-Man with my sons. My mother-buddy and I would actually discuss the plotlines together. hangs head in embarassment.

Danger Mouse of course.Fan-bloody-tastic. His sidekick Penfold was a personal hero of mine, amongst cartoon characters anyhoo.

Smurfs. Inspector Gadget. Rainbow Brite. Jetsons. Care Bears. Wuzzles. Pound Puppies.

And DuckTales, TMNT, and Beetlejuice all continued into the 90s, but they started in the 80s.

This list brought to you by 80scartoons.net and me having way too much time on my hands.

Arrrrghhh!!! I omitted the “i” in voicing. Oh the shame, the indignation.Will I ever be able to move on & recover from such a glaring error? I hope in time I shall find the courage & fortitude to put this ghastly business behind me ;¬}

My youngest son was born in 1980 so I got to watch all the fun stuff. We loved Inspector Gadget (and I’m going through that one again now with my grandson) and He-Man. We went to the local premier of the He-Man movie in costume and got in free.
