Why can't I download the resurgence map pack?

I’m on modern warafre 2 now and whenever I click on “resurgence playlist”, a screen comes up as if it’s offering me to Download it but it’s not there. Only the stimulus is available. I have the 1200 MSP by the way.

last map pack was available like around 6 pm central for me so mostly likely try in the after noon like aorund that time. since they don’t want to strees the servers there might be different times for different places but mostly likely try in the after noon is best.

I’ve just got back in and it’s not available. Going to wait untill 9ish when I get back from cinema. And yes I’m in the UK
