Will this work to make a boot disk?

I an reinstalin g windows 98 on this old computer. I am going to acronis it and I downloaded the windows 98 installation file.exe

Do I just stick that and the image on the CD and insert it for it to start installing?

Might work but you need a “product key code” to activate. Which is usually on the jewel box that held the disk. OOPS
