20k private island, 10k mansion- 5k? Hut?

If 20k lurve is a private island, and 10k is a room in the mansion- what’s 5k?
A shack? A van by the river?

It’s a seat in coach, and a packet of peanuts.
Knowing you are on your way to the 10k.
5k some give you an “at a boy!” We all know about “at a boy’s!”
5K is a sleeping bag and you have to find your own viaduct…most are already taken. Congrats!

I got a Riggs-like motor home.
It is a submersible which is stationed ashore the private island, close to the mansion.
I want to know what awaits folks at the 30K mark.
