20k private island, 10k mansion- 5k? Hut?

If 20k lurve is a private island, and 10k is a room in the mansion- what’s 5k?

A shack? A van by the river?

It’s a seat in coach, and a packet of peanuts.
Knowing you are on your way to the 10k.
