What is it that makes Beyonce's Single Ladies video so great?

I thinks it’s because it appeals to a wider audience. She’s a great dancer, with 2 more great dancers complimenting her in the video and it’s a great song. I’ve seen everyone from all ages & races – from toddlers, to gay men, 80 year old grandmothers & other celebrities all getting jiggy to that video. Some great and some not so good. But I have to give Beyonce her due credit. She’s an awesome entertainer!

Look at her. Look how she’s dressed, her body shape and how she moves. That explains why half the population in the world likes it. (Males),
Now consider the words and the message. All the single ladies. It’s supposed to be empowering. Most women longing to be married have experienced some of this at least one time in their lives.
Now look at the dancing. Not very complicated – only about 8 basic moves – but done with synch and snap. It makes you think “I can do that.” Who here did not try the step/ arm pump move?
Finally, it is distributed free on the internet.

It’s captivating. The way they move is so synchronized, sharp, fluid. It’s simple, but full of grace and pure effort. It’s all done in a single shoot, which is pretty impressive, and you’re forced to focus on nothing but the movement of the dancers.

Her uniqueness.

For me, it was the dancing. More than that—the quality of the dancing. It’s. So. Sharp. And completely different, aesthetically, from anything we’ve seen from her, or any female pop star, for that matter.
