What should I use to lubricate my manual treadmill?

I have a manual treadmill. It came with a small bottle of silicone based lubricant to put between the belt and the platform. The bottle was unmarked, but it looked and felt similar to the silicone based hair “serum” products, only with no fragrance. What would be best to replace this lubricant?
