What does a 4G apparatus look like on a cell tower?

Do 4G antennae look different? If you look at a cell tower can you determine with the naked eye what technology is being used?

4G uses a MIMO antenna. I found a picture of one here. that may be representative of the technology in general. 4G uses multiple MIMO antennae in an array to increase bandwidth. Here’s a schematic representation of one.
