Is my fear of canned chicken legit?

I don’t know what it is… I’ve had it before (and loved it!) and I grew up on canned tuna. Why am I so afraid of canned chicken?

Do you have any good recipes involving this food that is making me uneasy? (I bought it to make chicken salad)
